DAY 1 Beijing

Transfer via: plane – your arrangement

Activities for today: Airport to hotel transfer

On arrival in Beijing, you will be met and transferred to your hotel check in. The rest of the day is at leisure.

DAY 2 Beijing

Transfer via: private vehicle

Activities for today: Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Jingshan Park, Temple of Heaven

This morning we will walk across the largest square in the world - Tiananmen Square, and enter the Forbidden City. This world's largest imperial palace was home to 24 emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties. After that, climb up the nearby Jingshan Park to have a fine full view of the Forbidden City. Lunch will be taken at a local Chinese restaurant. Then move to visit the Temple of Heaven. It is a masterpiece of architecture and landscape design where the ancient emperors used to pray for the God’s bless of the whole nation.

DAY 3 Beijing

Activities for today: Mutianyu Great Wall, Pearl Factory, Hutongs

Today's excursion brings you to the Mutianyu Great Wall, one of the most grand sections of the Great Wall around Beijing. The Mutianyu Great Wall is known for its surrounding beautiful landscape changing with seasons. In winter, the wall looks like a white dragon, and the scenery on both side of the wall will stun you. We will spend 2-2.5 hours hiking and enjoying photography on the wall. You may choose to take the round-way cable car up and down the wall (cable car optional, CNY80/pp). Afternoon pay a visit to the Pearl Factory. Then drive to have a Hutongs tour by a 3-wheel rickshaw and then visit a local family living in a Siheyuan (Chinese quadrangles) in the Hutong. Free evening for your own leisure.

DAY 4 Beijing/Harbin

Activities for today: Airport and hotel transfer, St. Sophia Church, Central Street

In the morning, transfer to the airport for the flight to Harbin. Upon arrival, you will be met your Harbin guide and then drive to your hotel (check in if room available). In the afternoon, visit to St. Sophia Church. This church is the largest Eastern Orthodox Church in the Far East. St. Sophia Church is the perfect example of Byzantine architecture, and then takes a free walk on the Central Street. Dinner is your arrangement.

DAY 5 Harbin

Activities for today: Sun Island International Snow Sculpture Art Expo, Siberian Tiger Park, Ice and Snow World

Today guide tour to the Sun Island to see the International Snow Sculpture Art Expo, where the sculptures are made by the world-renowned artists. Later make an interesting adventure in the Siberian Tiger Park - you'll be caged in a specially protected bus to see the tigers - the park is the largest wild natural park for the Siberian tiger in the world. After dinner, visit the Ice and Snow World - As you stroll through this winter wonderland, marvel at the magnificent exquisitely-detailed, gigantic ice sculptures. View fabulous creations of notable buildings and monuments of different architectural types and styles, figures of animals, people, mythical creatures, ice slides and lanterns. When evening sets in, multicolored lights illuminate the sculptures, creating a breathtaking display of these icy works of art.

DAY 6 Harbin/Yabuli

Activities for today: Stalin Park, transfer to Yabuli

In the morning, visit the Stalin Park. The park stands as evidence of the friendship between the world’s two most powerful communist countries at that time. At the center of Stalin Park stands the Flood Control Monument built to commemorate the tremendous feat of the Harbin people in controlling the massive flood of 1957. After that, we will drive about 3 hrs to Yabuli Ski Resort-the biggest and best ski resort in China. The resort provides great skiing with high mountains and good snow. Yabuli Ski Resort has some famous skiing schools. It is also the biggest training centre for alpine skiers in China and hosts of many professional skiing competitions. In 1996 and 2009, the 3rd Winter Asian Games and the 24th Winter Universidad were once held here respectively.

DAY 7 Yabuli

Activities for today: Yabuli Ski Resort

Enjoy full day skiing or snow activities tour at Yabuli (all are optional and at your own expense) - You may choose to take the cable car to climb up the summit of the mountain to get a commanding view of the stunning snowscape, then take the world's longest ski slide (48 curves, 2,680 m in length, 578 m in fall) down the mountain, this is a breathtaking adventure! Also, you may do some interesting snow activities, such as Alpine skiing, snowmobiling, snow tubing, sledding or arrow shooting.

DAY 8 Yabuli/Harbin/Shanghai

Activities for today: Airport and hotel transfer

Morning drive about 4 hours to Harbin Taiping International Airport for the afternoon flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, be met and transferred to the hotel. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.

DAY 9 Shanghai

Activities for today: Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Cruise on Huangpu River, the Bund, Yu Garden, Tianzifang Old Street, Jiangnan Silk Museum

Morning visit the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, which offers the best viewing spot of Shanghai located by the Huangpu River with 468 meters high. Then enjoy a wonderful cruise on the Huangpu River to see the beautiful cityscape of Shanghai. In the afternoon, move to explore the Yu Garden. The garden used to be a private garden with 400 years' history; it features traditional architectural style of Yangtze Delta. After that, have a free walk on the Tianzifang Old Street to experience the local Shanghai People’s lifestyle. Conclude today's tour in the Jiangnan Silk Museum, a place sells silk products and demonstrates the whole process of silk producing.

DAY 10 Shanghai/Exit

Activities for today: Hotel to airport transfer

Your vacation ends today with an included transfer to Shanghai Pudong International Airport.
