DAY 1 Beijing

Transfer via: plane - your arrangement

Activities for today: Airport to hotel transfer

Upon arrival in Beijing, you will be greeted by our local guide and then transferred to your hotel by a private air-conditioned car. For the rest of the day you will enjoy some leisure time.

DAY 2 Beijing

Transfer via: private vehicle

Activities for today: Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven

After breakfast at your hotel, meet the guide and start today's city tour from the Tiananmen Square which is the largest city square in the world, followed by the Forbidden City. It is the largest imperial palace in China for 24 emperors' reign during the Ming and Qing dynasties with a history of around 600 years.

In the afternoon, transfer to visit the Temple of Heaven Park, which is a masterpiece of architecture and landscape design where the ancient emperors used to pray for the God's bless of the whole nation.

DAY 3 Beijing

Activities for today: Mutianyu Great Wall, Cloisonné Factory, Beijing Hutong

After breakfast at your hotel, make an excursion to the beautiful mighty Great Wall of Mutianyu Section, which is one of the seven great wonders in the world and the symbol of China. You may choose to take the cable car (at your own expense) up & down the wall or walk up the wall.

In the afternoon, pay a visit to the Cloisonné Factory and see the traditional cultural art of Beijing. After that, drive back to the city and take a 3-wheel rickshaw to Hutong and have a visit to the local family. Hutong is the unique street design in Beijing - some crisscrossing old narrow paths with courtyard houses built on each side. It can be regarded as a window into Beijing folk life.

DAY 4 Beijing / Harbin

Activities for today: Harbin Ice and Snow World

Morning free at leisure until meet the guide and transfer to the airport for the flight to Harbin. Upon arrival, you will be met your Harbin guide and then check into the hotel to have a rest.

After dinner, enjoy a wonderful night at the Ice and Snow World - an interesting site that operates each night and features illuminated full size buildings made from blocks of ice. The ice carvings and ice lanterns at the Ice and Snow World are regarded as some of the world’s finest examples of ice art, with visitors able to admire some of the largest and most majestic ice sculpted masterpieces.

DAY 5 Harbin

Activities for today: Sun Island International Snow Sculpture Art Expo, Siberian Tiger Park, St. Sophia Church, Central Street

After breakfast at the hotel, drive to the explore Sun Island. The enormous snow sculptures at the Sun Island is the main attraction for the Harbin Ice and Snow Festival in each year. Then proceed to the Siberian Tiger Park, where you will be caged in a specially protected bus to visit the tigers.

Pay a visit to St. Sophia Church. This church is the largest Eastern Orthodox Church in the Far East. St. Sophia Church is the prefect example of Byzantine architecture. After that free walk on the most prosperous street in Harbin, Central Street. It is also an architecture art gallery with the buildings in much kind of the styles such as renaissance, baroque, eclectic, and modern.

DAY 6 Harbin/Shanghai

This morning you are escorted to the airport for the flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival at Shanghai, you are picked up to your hotel check in.

DAY 7 Shanghai/Huangshan

Transfer via: private vehicle

Activities for today: Airport transfer, Tunxi Old Street

Morning visit Shanghai Museum. Afternoon take flight to Huangshan. Upon arrival, you are picked up to visit Tunxi Old Street.

DAY 8 Huangshan/Yellow Mountain

Transfer via: private vehicle

Activities for today: Hongcun Village, Nanping Village, Yellow Mountain

Today we will drive about 70 minutes to visit Hongcun Village, a UNESCO World heritage site housing typical South Anhui style architecture. The Oscar-awarded movie Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon was filmed there. Then move to visit another famous movie village Nanping. Enjoy a typical Hui-style lunch at the foot of the Yellow Mountain (Mt. Huangshan), then change the shuttle bus to the Yungu Cable Car station (about 30 minutes). It will take us 10 minutes to ascend the top of the mountain by the cable car. Sitting in the cabin of the cable car, we will be able to see the breathtaking views of the Yellow Mountain, including the Beginning-to -believe Peak, the Black Tiger pine tree, the Writing-brush Peak and so on. Stay overnight on top of the mountain.

DAY 9 Yellow Mountain/Huangshan/Shanghai

Activities for today: Yellow Mountain, airport transfer

This morning we will get up early to watch the sunrise if the weather permits. After breakfast, continue to explore the Xihai Scenic Area (West Sea Grand Canyon) that includes a visit to the Cloud Dispelling Pavilion, the Rock Flying From Afar and so on. Later, take the Yungu Cable Car down the mountain. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival at Shanghai, you are picked up to the hotel.

DAY 10 Shanghai

Activities for today: Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Yu Garden, Jade Buddha Temple, the Bund, Nanjing Road

After breakfast at the hotel, meet the guide and full day guide tour to visit Oriental Pearl TV Tower where has best viewing spot of Shanghai located by the Huangpu River with 468 meters high. Followed by a visit to the Yu Garden. The garden used to be a private garden with 400 years' history; it features traditional architectural style of Yangtze Delta. After that, have a free walk on the nearby old street and move to visit the Jade Buddha Temple. Later, pay a visit to the Bund and the famous Nanjing Road.

DAY 11 Shanghai/Exit

Transfer via: plane - your arrangement

Activities for today: Hotel to airport transfer

Free at leisure until you are transferred to the airport for the return flight.
